Yes — please register and complete your horse's details before your first appointment. This helps us prepare and means your first visit runs smoothly.

Your contact details, yard address, your horse's name, breed, age, passport number (if known), and any relevant medical history. You can provide this via our online forms.

Just call or WhatsApp us as soon as you know you need to change. We appreciate as much notice as possible, especially for clinic day visits.

Clinic days are scheduled visits where we group multiple horses in the same postcode area on the same day. This keeps visit costs down — no call-out fee for 3 or more horses on a clinic day. We'll tell you which clinic day covers your yard when you get in touch.

Standard ambulatory visits include a £55 call-out fee. Clinic day visits for 3 or more horses carry no call-out charge. Emergency and out-of-hours calls are £90. If you have multiple horses on the same visit, there's only one call-out charge regardless of how many are being treated.

We cover South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Humberside and East Riding. If you're on the boundary or just outside, get in touch — we'll always try to help.

Sometimes, depending on the case. Call us and we'll let you know. An additional mileage charge may apply.

We accept card payment on the day via our card reader. We can also take payment by bank transfer — we'll send you details when you book. Please speak to us if you need to discuss payment arrangements.

Yes. We'll provide all the documentation your insurer needs. Please let us know at booking if you're planning to claim — we'll make sure you have everything required. You can also complete an insurance assistance form on our forms page.
